BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS

If you are unable to attend an appointment and wish to cancel or change it, you must call message or call on 07791 277369 within 48 hours. Such like requests are unable to be dealt with on social media or by email.

Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost to cover loss of earnings.

Any missed appointments will be deemed as a ‘no show’ and will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

PAYMENTS

Payments via BACS before or during your appointment, cash is also accepted. Please include your “name” as the reference.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months and the expiry date is stated on the voucher. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift vouchers must be handed in at checkout.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

If you have any changes in medical conditions or medication on a return visit, please ensure you update your client record.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

If you are suffering from any contagious infection, I recommend that you reschedule your appointment until you feel better. You may be asked to wear masks or have your temperature tested.

CHILDREN

To guarantee the comfort and relaxed treatment environment, I do not allow children to attend alongside your appointment. Failure to follow this policy will result in the appointment needing to be rescheduled and may incur a late cancelation fee. In principle, I won’t do any artificial nail enhancements on anyone under 16.

PRIVACY POLICIY

Customer information in our files is used to improve your service and send important messages as well as marketing communications. We do not, under any circumstances, share this information with third parties.

RIGHT TO REFUSE POLICY

We have the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately, or can pose a threat to safety.

UNSATISFACTORY TREATMENTS

Upon the event you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your treatment we will fix any issues within 7 days of the original treatment date, however, no monetary refunds on treatments will be given.
